What a honor it was to be selected to serve as a media delegate for the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize Forum titled “Inclusive And Sustainable Peacemaking And Peace Building” which was held March 6-8, 2015 at the Radisson Blu in Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Minnesota is fortunate to have been selected to host such a marvelous event, under the umbrella of Augsburg College located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. "Under the auspices of the Norwegian Nobel Institute, the Nobel Peace Prize Forum inspires peacemaking by focusing on the work of Nobel Peace Prize winners and leading international peacemakers and peace builders."
The 2015 forum featured former United States President and Nobel Laureate Jimmy Carter and his latest book: “A Call to Action: Women, Religion, Violence and Power.” It was the first time I had seen Mr. Carter live and it was a truly inspiring experience. Perhaps you can see me - third row on the right! #peaceitforward
